Sagola 4600 HEX Gravity Spray Gun

Sagola’s new Hex System™ technology delivers ultra-precise control over droplet formation - ensuring each particle stays perfectly uniform in flight, eliminating mottling and ensuring a flawless finish.

Sagola’s patent-pending Hex System™ features a uniquely designed hexagonal needle and nozzle that deliver two standout advantages:

Ultra-Uniform Fan Pattern

Engineered for perfect paint distribution, the Hex System™ eliminates mottling and uneven metallic particle alignment - especially when spraying silvers, golds, and other high-visibility finishes. The result, a consistently smooth, professional-grade basecoat.

Superior Atomization at Lower Pressure

Achieve a flat, high-quality finish without overloading your air system. The Hex System™ maintains droplet integrity and prevents fan pattern splitting - common issues when spraying at excessive pressure.

Built for precision. Trusted for performance. When fitted to any Sagola 4600 DFT spray gun, Sagola’s Hex needle and nozzles redefine spray control - one flawless finish at a time.
